2. Emergency Medical Conditions

Our website enquiry channels and WhatsApp desk are not monitored for emergency medical rescue. 3. Diagnostic Testing & Clinical Pathology

Diagnostic investigations (including Blood tests, CBC, Biochemistry, Digital X-Ray, and 12-Lead ECG) should be undertaken in accordance with recommendations from your treating medical practitioner. Diagnostic reports generated at PAL Polyclinic must be interpreted by a registered physician in conjunction with the patient's comprehensive clinical history and physical examination.

4. Prescription Medications & Pharmacy Regulations

In accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and pharmacy practice regulations in India, prescription medicines are strictly dispensed at our dispensary counter upon physical verification of a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. No scheduled medicines are sold without proper verification.
